6. Destruction of Personal Information

In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the processing purpose has been achieved.

Procedure

Information entered by users is moved to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved and stored for a certain period per internal policy and relevant laws before being destroyed.

Timeline

Within 5 days of the end of the retention period, or within 5 days of the date when the personal information becomes unnecessary due to service closure or end of business.

Method

Electronic files are destroyed using technical methods that prevent recovery.

7. Cookies and Analytics

The Company uses Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to improve services and analyze visitor statistics. Cookies may be installed on users' devices as a result.

  • Cookies are used solely for service visit statistics and usage pattern analysis and do not contain personal identification information.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies from the effective date. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to legal or policy changes will be announced through the website at least 7 days before they take effect.
